Rajhans manufacturing plant includes two state of the art and modern furnaces. These are classified as the modern Mains Frequency Channel Induction Melting Furnace and the Coreless Melting Furnace.
With these modern day furnaces the company is able to produce various alloys utilized for products like Ingots and Billets, Heavy Extrusion Press for Extrusion of Brass Rods (Brass Extrusion) and Sections and Profiles. The up to date manufacturing facility further allows the company to focus on production of a variety of quality products like Hollows Rods, Flats (Rectangular Bars), Efficient Draw Benches and Annealing Facilities.
The testing facilities employed at the plant are state of the art and highly advanced as compared to other facilities used in the country. The standardized equipment range at the testing facility includes items like the Spectrometer with 26 Channels Direct Reading Optical Emission, Electronic and Computerized UTM, Impact Testing Machines, Hardness Testing provisions.
Apart from this, the other important equipment used to test the quality of the finished products crafted at Rajhans include High Powered Conductivity testing equipment, Izode Testing and Mercury Nitrate Testing.
The huge manufacturing unit is self reliant with its own standby Power Generators, a fully equipped Die Shop & Engineering Workshop and efficient Fume Arresters. The aim of the manufacturing facility is to control and monitor the processes for efficiency and quality. Apart from this there is a stringent control on standardization to create an environmentally friendly work place. |
